LA MAISON DU YOGA
The Maison du Yoga is home to several associations. Their aim: to introduce visitors to disciplines that encourage self-fulfilment and relaxation. Yoga (which means to join and unite) helps us to become aware of our bodies. Through exercises in postures or asanas, breathing and mental mechanisms, yoga enables you to refocus and feel Zen and balanced. Don't hesitate to try out the guided meditation sessions, which will bring you physical and mental relaxation, or the Shiatsu classes, which rebalance the circulation of energy.
