Ils font travailler une autre entreprise. Celle-ci "Mydepanneur" fait signer un faux accord devis et réparation en urgence pour facturer un prix très fort. En fait pas de devis préalable et aucune urgence. Il s'agissait d'un volet...

Efficace au niveau délais d'intervention, 20mn, mais que le serrurier fait ensuite payer chèrement. Le devis téléphonique était "autour de 100€", et la facture réelle à 545€ ! ,après 35mn d'intervention.
Alors un conseil : demandez au serrurier envoyé sur place de vous établir un devis AVANT intervention !

Venu pour réparer une porte d'entrée qui ne fonctionnait que d'un seul côté, le serrurier a remplacé un cylindre de serrure Fichet qui m'a coûté 750 euros + main d'œuvre et déplacements, ceci SANS AUCUN RESULTAT. C'est en vain que j'ai rappelé le serrurier à maintes reprises . Une lettre RAR n'a donné aucun résultat. Ce professionnel qui prétend être le meilleur serrurier de la région de METZ est un menteur

Très bon dépanneur
J'étais bloqué devant chez moi la nuit, j'ai appelé 2 serruriers qui n'ont pas voulu se déplacer "pour si peu" puis je suis tombé sur le serrurier Vilet. Et bien "pour si peu" comme les autres disaient, il est venu 15 minutes après et 10 minutes plus tard j'étais chez moi bien au chaud. Très sérieux, je recommande.
