Le service était doux et sympathique, de la part de l’une comme de l’autre des deux jeunes femmes qui se partagent la salle. Le chef, que nous avons croisé à la fin du service, a achevé de nous donner la plus agréable impression qui soit de cet endroit.
Un des meilleurs restaurants de la région, à mon sens, et une valeur on ne peut plus sûre pour qui décide de s’initier à la cuisine des Trois-Frontières.
