Creative cuisine in a Canadian restaurant in Metz.

A wind of Canada has been blowing in the discreet Rue des Roches in the heart of downtown for over 20 years. The years go by, but the owner's good mood remains. Teasing and playful, he always has the right word to bring a smile to our faces. The specialties are, among others, the caribou, tender meat with a strong taste and the bison, more robust. There is also the famous poutine on the menu. For dessert, opt for the Quebec-style pancakes, because maple syrup is a must! Don't wait any longer, and as they say over there, "pull yourself a log!"

A nice restaurant, but a little expensive food. Friendly management likes to tell all sorts of crispy anecdote.

tally typical Canadian, opposite the theatre of Metz, you can eat very well in a pleasant atmosphere but beware the maple syrup and carribou are full price... around €30 per person for a hearty full meal... to see for are setting and atmosphere. I loved the menu trapper's.

Passing through Metz we discovered at the bend of a promenade this charming little Canadian restaurant discreetly nestled in a narrow street in the shade and 2 pas de la Metz cathedral, friendly welcome, exotic setting in an atmosphere or conviviality is located in the foreground... we are in Canada! the menu is varied specialities of the country our choice went on the plate of the " trappeur" dish furnished with a skewer of bison, spare ribs caramelised with maple and smoke- meat (beef smoked) accompanied by famous Canadian potato and its pot by cream spices and a small salad, we took a dessert for two because we were sated pancakes were also delicious, we will go back there without any reserve.
