WASABI
Don't want to cook and crazy craving homemade sushi? Direction Le Le, rue Saint-Livier in the Sablon area! The place is zen, the colors revolve around the green apple and white, with Japanese paintings hanging on the walls. The chef is very sympathetic to the locals. He is a Serbian of origin, and has invested for nearly 5 years in Japanese cuisine by opening this trade, the second in reality because it is also he who, for almost 20 years, holds the pizzeria Chez Branko (famous for its delicious wood fire pizza) adjacent to Wasabi. Behind his window, makis, Californian rolls and sushi are spreading under our eyes. Hot odawara are also part of the menu. But the original key is undoubtedly the sushi: Spicy gambas, smoked halibut, duck magret, poêlés vegetables… A little hybrid, mid-local mid-Japan, which adapts to its place of life and the inspiration of its chef who permits freedom of t (h) total. For sucrés and fantasy lovers, there are even sushi, raspberry, chocolate, pineapple… In addition, for any event with family, friends or colleagues (soccer evening, New Year's Eve…), Wasabi makes it very easy to combine layouts for tasting trays or whole buffets.
