This is a restaurant that seems to have learned from his mistakes. For for a long time, this has been an Asian buffet filled with low-end products. Things have changed. Specialising in Vietnamese cuisine, restaurant Indochina always offers a formula to will but with much more demanding and gourmet dishes. In addition to traditional self-service specialities such as nems, shrimp doughnuts or vegetable noodles, the menu (which varies at midday and evening) allows access to a stand "wok and grills". A convenient address for eating, if not calories, when you go to downtown.
