L'ESPLANADE
In the beautiful surroundings of the Esplanade of Metz, this restaurant with terrace and panoramic view from the roof does not show. The garden is trendy and cozy at a time and the plates show that the chef's reputation is not overrated. Every day, a suggestion is added to the few strong dishes on the map. A surprising Caesar salad revisited, a raw beef heart with its Boule mozzarella ball, its succulent calf coastline in Limousin or an astonishing of grilled lamb. At the rayon, no disappointment more. It is cool and it is good. And then it's beautiful. For at the level of the presentation, we must admit that this cook has little equal to Metz. So when elegance and taste get married to this point in such a beautiful setting, we're doing it with entrain.
