LA GRANGE AU PARC
We already knew Jean-Marie Visilit's kitchen in Condé-Northen, now at the entrance to the exhibition center in Metz. The chef and his brigade export to the city a refined and generous campaign kitchen. A cozy brasserie and lounge interior inside, there is a wide buffet, offering fresh products but also sandwiches, grilled grills. We recommend the hotel master's piece. It is also possible to enjoy breakfast. This restaurant does not depend on exhibitions and is always open. Within the park, there is another restaurant of 600 people: The Roast of the Park. As his name indicates, his specialty is roasted meat (chicken, porcelain, lamb square), which is seen in huge rotisserie. Generous buffets are also available. We're cracking here for the homemade terrine. The decoration is medieval, which surprises. The view on a green square is pleasant. Finally, always inside the park, you can restore yourself to the Bistrot Sainte-Barbe: Butter ham, burger and sprinkler pie come together. In short, there is something to restore when you visit the exhibition grounds.
