When you have grown up in a restaurant, and enjoyed tasting the dishes of your father, a chef, and in particular of a well-known address such as the Cheval d'Or in Gravelotte, it is as if you had fallen into the pot! It is now Sébastien Freund, with his dedicated team and the benevolent eye of his father, who takes the reins of the brasserie. Unavoidable canaille dishes such as beef tartar and kidneys are served alongside home-made foie gras and all-duck dishes, and in the evening, frogs' legs Provençal style are also offered.
