In the kitchen, you can enjoy rich and generous local dishes, including casseroles, to share or alone, such as duck parmentier, beef bourguignon or sausage lentils. For late risers, jars (fishmonger, henhouse, gardener) are a great alternative, they are served all day long. For dessert, the chocolate fondant with its salted butter caramel heart is a delight!
