You may remember your grandfather tinkering in his dusty workbench, you loved this family and warm atmosphere... At Grandpa Louis' workbench, decorated with bric-a-brac and jug, you will find a little bit of that soul. In the kitchen, you can enjoy rich and generous local dishes, including casseroles, to share or alone, such as duck parmentier, beef bourguignon or sausage lentils. For late risers, jars (fishmonger, henhouse, gardener) are a great alternative, they are served all day long. For dessert, the chocolate fondant with its salted butter caramel heart is a delight!
