If you are looking for the temple of the potato in Metz, go to the restaurant 100 Patates. You will find it prepared in various forms: au gratin, fried, roasted... Their policy is to buy potatoes from local producers. On the menu, tartiflettes, Terroir plates, röstie salads... All the burgers (quite copious) are topped with a potato pancake.
