The Galeries Lafayette is renowned for its upscale clothing, perfumery and design accessories. It is therefore half a surprise that its restaurant, located on the fourth floor of the store in Metz, does not have much transcendent. On the edge of a lovely terrace, you will find a rather mundane cafeteria and not necessarily very greedy. The decoration gives the illusion of a rather luxurious restaurant, but plates hard to keep the illusion. Little choice after 12 h 30, rather dull dishes and an almost gloomy atmosphere. In short, since in the end a grilled steak remains a grilled steak, this address will be kept for a practical alternative to a shopping day. For the tastes and warmth of a good meal, we prefer dozens of other addresses in Metz. Addresses where restoration proves to be a vocation and not a service in addition.
