Two generations are now working at the same address for our pleasure. The passion has been passed on, and customers will be delighted! The logo that greets us on the front of the building announces a house of character and the cuisine's preferred domain: beef, represented by the strength and elegance of a red bull. The room is beautifully designed and decorated, with contemporary lines and colors that bring light and pop. Slightly off-center, but just two minutes from the Metz technopole, on the tourist route to Strasbourg, this restaurant is well worth a visit to savor the mastery of the craft and the product. The restaurant is so busy that reservations are recommended. In the dining room, the service is in perfect harmony with the cuisine, and the wine selection meets the expectations of connoisseurs and amateurs alike. Old-fashioned bouchées à la reine and braised lamb mouse with fresh thyme will delight many a palate. In addition to the à la carte menu, there are daily suggestions to vary the pleasures, with magnificent cuts of racy beef to satisfy aficionados. The desserts will finish on a sweet note, simply but correctly orchestrated. A fine address, just the way we like it!
