Located just a few steps from the cathedral, in a decor of the Parisian brasserie where menus appear on beautiful slate, Balthazar stands out by its announcement dish: the tab to the trough with house fries. Why the devil then choose something else on the slate? You can actually decay it in a tab to the Parisian, with mushrooms from Paris or the Balthazar tab, with trousers and mushrooms from Paris. Meat (from Ireland) is tender and tasty, the Balthazar tab is a delight for papillae, the crumbling of trousers and mushrooms contrast with the beef piece, beautiful subtlety. The fries are missing a little pep's but remain light, they are at will. Rest assured, you will find other dishes on the menu if the tab is not the expected plate. If you are a guest, let us advise you by professional and friendly staff. In dessert, you will base for the Catalan cream, a cousin of the burnt cream with green lemon, pure delight!

Really nice food. Great interior design. The service was meh and a bit too hasty.
When booking, make sure you ask for a table as even if you reserve, you can get seated at the bar!
