Located just a few steps from the cathedral, in a decor of the Parisian brasserie where menus appear on beautiful slate, Balthazar stands out by its announcement dish: the tab to the trough with house fries. Why the devil then choose something else on the slate? You can actually decay it in a tab to the Parisian, with mushrooms from Paris or the Balthazar tab, with trousers and mushrooms from Paris. Meat (from Ireland) is tender and tasty, the Balthazar tab is a delight for papillae, the crumbling of trousers and mushrooms contrast with the beef piece, beautiful subtlety. The fries are missing a little pep's but remain light, they are at will. Rest assured, you will find other dishes on the menu if the tab is not the expected plate. If you are a guest, let us advise you by professional and friendly staff. In dessert, you will base for the Catalan cream, a cousin of the burnt cream with green lemon, pure delight!

Très bonne cuisine. Nous avons tous été satisfaits des plats. Les frites étaient très savoureuses et coupées à la main. Le service est sympathique et l'ambiance agréable. Essayez leur spécialité, qui est le bœuf Angus et prenez-le avec du fromage gorgonzola. Les moules à la crème étaient également très bonnes. Dans l'ensemble, très satisfait ! Merci ????????
