Si le buffet reste très bon et garni, le plat principal laisse de plus en plus à desirer tant en qualité qu'en rapidité de service.
Il faut actuellement bien prévoir 1h45 pour un buffet + plat de qualité médiocre:
-Bavette dure comme du bois et froide
-Foie de veau sanguinolant
-Pâte à la volaille sans volaille...
Même problème de rapidité à la caisse.
