La Quintessence is first and foremost the chef Cédric Bertaux. Coming from a farming background, he developed a real love for the land from his grandmothers. The products he makes come mainly from the Moselle's gastronomic territories and from all its small producers. Concocted in front of you in an open kitchen, a mastered score is played on the piano. Très bon restaurant, nous nous sommes laissés tenter par l’expérience du menu surprise et tout était très bon. Nous sommes ressortis ravis ! Service géré à la perfection, ni trop rapide ni trop lent. En bref une très bonne soirée. Nous reviendrons !
