She feeds her energy alongside her team, and in particular with her husband, Romain Boucheseche, a dedicated sommelier who orchestrates and manages the dining room with skill. He enjoys providing his guests with the pleasures of the palate, masterfully concocted under the benevolent eye of the Lanterne du Bon Dieu overlooking the restaurant.
