At the heart of this fine address, the chef and his wife focus on fine produce, short supply chains and seasonal cuisine. You'll enjoy signature dishes that change regularly: calf sweetbread, blue lobster with the flavors of the moment, seasonal foie gras... The bread is even baked on site by a chef!
