In 2023, Paul and Elise Fabuel took over this century-old restaurant with the aim of following in the footsteps of their predecessors, Philippe and Nathalie Jung, while adding their own personal touch. At the heart of this fine address, the chef and his wife focus on fine produce, short supply chains and seasonal cuisine. You'll enjoy signature dishes that change regularly: calf sweetbread, blue lobster with the flavors of the moment, seasonal foie gras... The bread is even baked on site by a chef!

Good service. The meals are delicious. But I don't expect anything less from Paul the Chef. Always a pleasure over the years.
