Restaurant with bar and terrace on the edge of the golf course in the heart of the Metz Technopôle area.

The chef of the Green View is the master of the kitchen of this refined and daring restaurant. His creativity mixes the sweet flavours of his foie gras with the acidity of a chanterelle pickle, and the acidity of a Granny Smith apple worked in several textures. Epicure would gladly take his ease here! A selection of wines will satisfy and vary the pleasures throughout your meal. In the dining room, the service is orchestrated with a smile. You can have an aperitif at the bar or on the terrace in summer, the parking is free.

Mon fils venait passer des examens au Technopole, il a reçu un excellent accueil. Merci au chef d'avoir concocté des menus végétariens, à la demande et un grand merci au personnel pour sa bienveillance .

Prestation déplorable. Nous avions réservé un salon dans cet hôtel pour un goûter post enterrement. Nous avions spécifié qu’il fallait des tables et des chaises puisqu’il y avait des personnes âgées. A notre arrivée, rien n’était installé et nous avons dû le demander au responsable commercial qui ne s’est même pas excusé et a renvoyé la faute sur ses collègues. La commande comprenait des boissons chaudes et froides et des brioches et viennoiseries. Aucune viennoiserie à notre arrivée mais des produits immangeables car secs ou trop froids (cela sortait visiblement du congélateur). La encore, le responsable commercial ne s’est pas excusé car vite parti. Le responsable de la cuisine nous a assurés qu’il s’agissait de produits frais mais n’a pas voulu goûter. Les personnes ont laissé 75 % des produits photos à l’appui. Le responsable commercial devait me rappeler le lendemain. En fin de journée aucun appel. Je le contacte et il me répond sur un ton méprisant et hautain que je ne vais pas accepter un repas en compensation. Il me promet 200 euros de réduction sur les 500 payés.. J’attends encore… car je n’ai jamais été recontacté. Inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Surtout qu’il s’agissait d’un goûter post enterrement où on attendait un accueil de qualité pour ne pas dire de la compassion.
