Michel Roth has opened a restaurant in his native Lorraine. This talented man with numerous titles has entrusted the reins of his kitchen to an ambitious brigade, to which Chef Roth brings his know-how when he is present to coach them, however we deplore a lack of consistency which sometimes leads to disappointments. The brasserie is open continuously. The emphasis on local products is effective, approached with modernism and trendiness.
