Michel Roth has opened a restaurant in his native Lorraine. This talented man with numerous titles has entrusted the reins of his kitchen to an ambitious brigade, to which Chef Roth brings his know-how when he is present to coach them, however we deplore a lack of consistency which sometimes leads to disappointments. The brasserie is open continuously. The emphasis on local products is effective, approached with modernism and trendiness.

En revanche, le cadre et la déco sont vraiment supers et le service aussi ! Nous n'avons pas eu de soucis particuliers sur les commandes et les serveurs sont accueillant et sympathiques
Personnel sympathique mais cuisine très quelconque.
