This Lorraine native, in love with his land, honors the local cuisine, traditional and generous, while bringing a modern and innovative touch! He calls it "neo-Lorraine" cuisine. The flavors blend together but never contradict each other and this harmonious score, from the starter to the dessert, resonates for a long time on our taste buds. In spite of a service that could be improved, it is a place to try without reserve!
