Here is a restaurant which does not miss character! Located in the imperial district, Flore has an incredible setting... Floral without any doubt, with its plants and its shades of green, fairy-like too, with the golden notes and the enchanting lights. Ambient music, young and glamorous service: everything is gathered to make this place the new place to be in Metz. On the plate, refined and elegant dishes, cooked with quality ingredients. The bill is a bit high, it's true, but the setting is really worth the detour!

Arrivé sans resa à midi j’étais pressé avec un horaire à tenir.
J’ai choisi l’entrée / plat / dessert du jour et je suis sorti pile à l’heure.
Tout était très correct, des saveurs inventives sur l’entrée, un plat maîtrisé et un dessert agréable.

Première expérience dans cet établissement. Une merveille. Le veau aux morilles était tout simplement parfait. La patronne est passionnée par son métier et l'amour de la restauration. La jeune serveuse est très sympathique et souriante. Un très grand plaisir de dîner sans cet établissement.
