Laurent Gaspard, known as "Lolo" to his friends in Metz, is back at the helm after leaving the Trappistes to other hands. Regulars will be delighted to rediscover the joviality and friendliness of the boss, who gives his team the chance to reconcile their professional and personal lives. The delicately wooded, uncluttered setting invites you to relax. In the kitchen, none other than the famous Eric Maire, who shone with his star. And on the plate, refined dishes whose flights of fancy exalt the palate. A special mention for the attentive, professional staff. Promising news for this veteran!
