BRASSERIE DES ARTS ET MÉTIERS
The traditional regional cuisine of chef Fabrice Arnould in a restaurant in the heart of the Imperial district.
In the heart of the Imperial district, the brasserie lives up to its name. The wooded walls, mirrors, moldings and impressive paintings give the place an unequalled Parisian brasserie look. In the kitchen, chef Fabrice Arnould and his brigade offer traditional and regional dishes that are both generous and refined, such as sauerkraut (meat or fish) or a revisited poule au pot. The seafood is always in the spotlight and will delight the amateurs.
