Notamment en relevant son manque de service après-vente et la non-existence de garantie.
De mon expérience, impossible de remplacer la pierre perdue, ni même le droit à un geste commercial.
D'autant plus que cette bague n'avait été portée que 2 mois, et fut offerte pour la Saint-Valentin. C'était donc un cadeau très représentatif.
Étant une fille minutieuse et soigneuse, je me dois de partager mon mécontentement.
