Barely inside, we like the irresistible atmosphere of the place. A false decor, lit at lanterns where wooden casings and stools are scattered here and there… with a bit of imagination, you think you're in a tavern of the Far West or in a pirate monument where lots of robbers talk! The Berthom Brothers? It's primarily a reference pub on Metz and elsewhere since the sign is present in about fifteen cities and since we come here to taste many exceptional beers. It's a meticulous one, because the map is not far from fifty, in pressure or in bottle. And every proposal is accompanied by an interesting and useful explanation when you're lost in this tidal wave of blondes and brown. We have a small little for Maredsous 8 (brown) in pressure, for his subtle peat notes, or the Trappist Rochefort bottled for his powerful aroma. with small dry sausages or cheeses (consigned) to snack for a few euros… Attention, these beers are strong, they are really to be tasted slowly, to make the pleasure last! On the soft side, this place is very popular with students (it is crowded from Thursday to Saturday evening), a happy-hour effect requires: The pint is at the price of half from 7 p. m. to 9 p. m. In summer, the terrace does not dissolve! We understand the service is efficient and friendly.
