At a time when bistros come and go, it's good to know that Place de Chambre is home to La Quille. This wine bar delights regulars and visitors alike. Host Emmanuel Ruiz has breathed a soul into the place: that of the bistros of yesteryear, where encounters and a love of produce are the watchwords. You'll discover delicate, surprising bouquets and even the region's finest collection of vin jaune! Here, we give meaning to what we drink, and through the wine, the story of a terroir is revealed.

With regards to the bottles, I prefer to warn you that even the most dehydrated and homemade thirsty among you will sometimes happen to end (not fault of having tried). Faults to the few hundreds of references. The wines by the glass is regularly renewed, which will please the regular customers.
The service is dynamic, which is mainly due to the fact that it consists of passionate young people who have always in heart to serve the best possible to you.
To change the large favourite, Metz missed warm place desperately, where staff strives to satisfy you. And above all a place where it is possible to order a drink without necessarily being that a Coke, a Sprite or an ordinary pressure.
