The place is now a cocktail bar where fruit and spirits are in season. Tom Pfortner makes it a point of honor to offer quality and, of course, original cocktails. At the temple of mixology, there's something for everyone. For beer lovers, seven beers are available on draught. Whether from distilleries or microbreweries, he sources most of his beers locally. If you're feeling a bit peckish, there's a selection of sandwiches, platters, etc. from local producers to accompany your drink.
