NOVA KUTIMO
Just a short flight from Place Saint-Louis, Nova Kutimo (meaning "new customs" in Esperanto) is a hybrid of tea room, restaurant and boutique. Sarah and Nicolas, a real-life couple, began with the observation that too many everyday products come from the 4 corners of the world, without any ethical considerations. Their coffee and chocolate are transported by sailboat to reduce their carbon footprint. Their hot chocolate made from pieces of melted dark chocolate is delicious!
