Departures take place on Sundays and on holidays in the morning. The departure was launched at 9 p. m. (summer: 8 h) at the club address. The courses are different according to cyclists'levels divided into three groups, from 30 km to 70 km, to finish the year by hiking around 200 km. For a few years, the club has offered a school roll for 8-18 years: Learning of the road code, acquisition of balance on all terrain, concepts of cartography, etc. These trainings are organised on Saturday (off school holidays) from 14 am to 16 pm with contributions. Grand annual Rendez-vous: the coast of Moselle circuit in mid-June. Departure at 7 p. m. for bicycles (8 h mountain bike) from the kayak club of Metz. Tours for 30 km to 130 km.
