He is a young chef, Alexandre Neveu, who has just spent four years at the Ritz, who offers his services as a teacher! His idea: give everyone the opportunity to learn the basics of culinary art. And even if the fashion is in the kitchen competitions, there is no competition here, but rather to catch the hand that escapes you to succeed for example your macarons, your blowers or the cooking of your fish.
