Régates Messines has been investing the water body since 1861. This rowing club now has 245 athletes, more than a hundred of whom participate in regional and national competitions. Sport de slide combining requirement, concentration, performance and team spirit, rowing is practiced from the college. Club coaches ensure and teach the safety inherent in discipline as well as the rules of conduct essential for the proper maintenance of vessels. Recognized as one of the most complete sports, rowing has a great popularity, especially because it is practiced in the open air. By organizing many activities, internships, or introductory courses, Régates staff also know how to value this sport with passion. And if you are tempted, the club organizes its traditional Metz-Nancy hike every year in May, called the Moselle Call.
