The Prud'hommes Council of Metz? This is the place where disputes between employers and employees are judged. Composed of judges (also referred to as prud'homaux advisers), the latter are equal to many, either employers or employees. In the case of division of votes, we turn to a professional magistrate appointed Judge Départiteur. Initially, mediation can be proposed. But if it does not succeed in reaching an agreement in reasonable time and conditions, then we must think about a longer procedure.
