Message from Management
Échanges Lorraine-Ukraine (ELU) is a Franco-Ukrainian association of education, culture and solidarity in Metz. It was created by a group of Ukrainian students who came to study in France within the framework of the cooperation between the University of Chernivtsi Yuriy Fedkovych and the University Paul Verlaine Metz. Its mission is to develop cooperation between the University of Chernivtsi and the University of Lorraine, to promote the French language and culture in France and vice versa, as well as to promote Franco-Ukrainian cooperation. In addition, the association aims to bring the cities of Metz and Chernivtsi closer together and to raise funds for the need for medicines and means of protection... This association regularly organizes events to promote Ukraine, its language, culture and traditions in France, and particularly in Lorraine.
