At the Théâtre du Pain, the products are staged. Attention, rideau lift! The many customers who are pressing for lunch are not mistaken: The bread is absolutely delicious, to such a point that can be hésiter between the different types of chopsticks (leaven, rye, wheat) and special breads (figs, cereals, cereals, supplements…).
We love, for example, the Terroir du Terroir, authentic to wish. Designed on a malted wheat flour basis, sesame and sunflower seeds blend perfectly with dough. Add a tip of salt and it's ready! Among the best sales is also Autumn, the holiday star, rye bread packed with raisins and crushed hazelnuts, all recorded by a touch of cinnamon. Also ideal for small creux, the series of rolls that will delight both beaks (apricot-bananas or pineapple-coco varieties) and salt lovers ("the squirrel" in walnuts, hazelnuts and pine nuts is especially recommended!). These fans will delight with the fougasses and the full range of sandwiches. Very good reception in this small bakery where the vendors will advise you on the different types of homemade breads and specialities. One of the best bakeries in Metz, opinion of connaisseur!
