Since 1932, the Dudot family is: a pure French traditional baguette made according to the authentic recipe, various and varied breads (country, poppy, wheat, organic), three daily fillings, quality pastries and cakes. At noon, people flock there to buy hearty sandwiches, pâté, croque-monsieur or a slice of pizza. We love local specialties, such as the Chinese (a snail-shaped brioche cake from Lorraine, filled with custard and chocolate chips) available to order or the sugar pie to share. But the lightning bolt remains the star of the house and of the whole family. They prove to be delicious and as doddering as one could wish for! There are the classics of course (coffee, chocolate, vanilla) but "l'éclair du jour" offers flavours that are as original as they are audacious: mojito, rose, violet, lemon-raspberry, strawberry-Tagada... A good neighborhood address with two little sisters. An address in the city center and another one in Montigny-lès-Metz.
