For him, each creation is a story of chemistry, resulting in exceptional special breads and viennoiseries, made with organic flours. His traditional French croissants and baguettes have won two gold medals in departmental competitions organized by the Moselle bakers' federation. Two other locations: downtown and in Moulins-Lès-Metz.
