PÂTISSERIE LEMOY
Founded in 1910 in the imperial quarter of Paris, the former patisserie opposite the railway station came back into Lemoy hands in 1988. Master pastry chef and chocolatier Jean-Charles Lemoy and his wife Isabelle wereted no time in revitalizing the family business! The couple collaborate with their two daughters, who both keep busy, from the lab to the store. Since November 2014, the establishment has moved to rue François de Curel. It now also serves as a tea room, where you can take a gourmet break and enjoy your cake on the spot. Specialties include the Succès (praline, cream, meringue and almonds) and the Royal (fruit cocktail and almond milk). As for the mille-feuille, it remains a sure bet for lovers of classics. And let's not forget the famous Paris-Metz, a large macaron in three colors (lemon, bergamot, raspberry).
While the house is a reference in the city for its chocolates (milk, dark pure cocoa butter, and delicious ganaches), it also offers other sweets, such as its violet or jasmine sweets. And let's not forget the artisan bread and homemade viennoiseries. The Lemoy family is constantly experimenting with new flavors, combining finesse and modernity to delight our palates. Hence the need to work with quality raw materials. Here, everything is so perfect it's almost like art! Not surprising when you discover the hidden talent of the owner, a qualified world champion ice sculptor!
