Let yourself be tempted by a Paris-Metz, a colourful and fruity version of the Paris-Brest (two macaroons and a delicious harlequin mousseline with fresh raspberries) or by a Pavé de la Cathédrale, a sweet with chocolate, praline and mirabelle plum alcohol. Jams, ice creams, soups and chocolates are home-made!
