Indeed, this passionate couple, source of the franchise Vins sur 20, has been travelling since 30 years, the best vineyards seeking the rare pearl. Come and discover this unique knowledge in Saint-Clément cave located in the imperial distric of Metz.
As for the restaurant, in an intimate decor (painting violet, tables with simple design), the chef is inspiring with the cuisine of Southwest with its attractive set menus and good homemade homemade dishes. Let us mention for example, the hamburger of pan-fried foie gras with duck breast, served with bread with figs and cooked potatoes for coarse salt. A warm welcome and professional service.
