Razor clam salad à la Basquaise, chorizo vinaigrette and preserved lemons; duck foie gras terrine with lentils and potatoes; sea bass, tomato and Parmesan risotto, shellfish foam in saffron jus... Très bonne table
L' entrée de saumon restera dans ma mémoire, et son sorbet de betterave rouge caché dessous est une merveille à découvrir absolument !
La présence de diverses jeunes pousses de notre petit fournisseur "Dakoté" est un réel plaisir pour les papilles.
