Behind the attractive stone facade of this restaurant, home to Bernie and Vincent Stafrach, South-Western products are prepared with a subtle imagination. Razor clam salad à la Basquaise, chorizo vinaigrette and preserved lemons; duck foie gras terrine with lentils and potatoes; sea bass, tomato and Parmesan risotto, shellfish foam in saffron jus...
