Behind the attractive stone facade of this restaurant, home to Bernie and Vincent Stafrach, South-Western products are prepared with a subtle imagination. Razor clam salad à la Basquaise, chorizo vinaigrette and preserved lemons; duck foie gras terrine with lentils and potatoes; sea bass, tomato and Parmesan risotto, shellfish foam in saffron jus... Véritable table d' exception . Les papilles sont sollicitées pour trouver toutes les subtilités des plats. Les yeux ne sont pas en reste.un très grands moments gustatifs dans un cadre simple et intimiste .un duo de choc aux commandes . Bravo et merci ,Bernie et Vincent, pour ce très grand moment de gastronomie.
