There's no denying it, we love going to Rosa's. This kind-hearted Italian has a great sense of hospitality. It's his pleasure to welcome you into his home and treat you to the flavours of Italy in an elegant atmosphere. His experience in the kitchen makes him an epicurean who loves it when, on the table, pizza meets chianti or when tiramisu is accompanied by the notes of a ristretto coffee. Here, the pizzas are still cooked over a wood fire, and the dishes are generous, perfect for gourmet stomachs.

Le bémol sera, récemment, dans la réduction (?) des tailles de carton à pizza (à emporter) : environ 0.5 cm de diamètre d'après l'ancien carton qui était aux couleurs de l'Italie. On comprend pourquoi (encre plus chère ou pour enlever des couleurs à l'impression non ecologique ?) mais, alors, il faut ajuster le prix en proportion car lui n'a pas changé même s'il reste tout à fait acceptable.
C'est dommage les anciens cartons étaient plus grands, plus colorés : on avait vraiment un bout d'Italie dedans... on commence à rogner sur des détails comme ça et après les pizzas... attention ;- ).
