SAINTE-CROIX CHURCH
The only Catholic place of worship in the small village of Niderviller, whose door is the work of a certain Jean-Baptiste Siegel
The church is distinguished by its original bell tower (1762). The entrance is surmounted by a statue of Saint Helena. The interior is richly furnished, starting with the statue of the "Vierge des Faïenciers". This is an identical replica of the porcelain Virgin and Child created by artists from Niderviller in the late 18th century. The copy was made in 1991. The original is now in the Musée National de la Céramique in Sèvres.
