Organized by the association Les Blettes Sauvages and the AMAP Les Ombelles, the 6th Phals'Bio fair took place in June 2019 with workshop and conference-debate themes: "Democracy is cultivated"; "Organic food, do you trust it with your eyes closed?"; "Peasants and consumers build a solidarity and participatory society project"; nature and progress conference, etc., all with musical entertainment, refreshment stands, catering, and the presence of some thirty organic producers and associations. A good project!
